Agile HR and Business Agility
Companies are looking for business value through Agile ways of working. What is HR’s role in this? How can HR help your people deliver more value in less time? Join us to learn with the pioneer of Agile HR, Riina Hellström.
Building an Agile culture
We live in a very demanding society where organisations are seeking speed to market and the ability to deliver services and products that exceed user’s expectations. Agile is a direct response to these challenges and represents a mindset, ways of working and a collection of delivery frameworks.
Agile is a culture that not only introduces new ways of working but a new type of accountability, influence, responsibility, professional development and team effort. All of these aspects follow the same path towards customer satisfaction and keeping in front of the competition.
HR plays a key role in Agile organisational development. In October the Agile HR Meetup will partner with the local Cyprus Agile and Innovation Community to explore how to build an Agile Culture through Agile HR.
Riina Hellström, an Agile HR pioneer and co-founder of the Agile HR Community, will facilitate our main discussion and help participants understand what Agile HR is, and our potential role in Agile organisational transformation and culture change. Riina will also facilitate a workshop on "How to build an HR backlog" to help you get practical and translate Agile into your own HR context.
Konstantinos Kareklas, is the founder of the Cyprus Agile and Innovation Community and a leading Agile coach and innovation facilitator. Konstantinos will facilitate a workshop on "Continuous learning and improvement via Retrospectives" to help you build a culture of continuous improvement in your organisation.
