Agile HR is a revolution, defining the future of work. Become an Agile HR Licensed Trainer and future-proof your business
This workshop (AHRLT) is the last step on the path below to becoming an Agile HR Community Licensed Trainer. Note the first step is a prerequisite.
Complete our face to face, 2-day Agile HR Community Certified Practitioner (AHRCP) workshop and pass the certification assessment.
Purchase a licenced trainer annual licence and signup for the Agile HR Licensed Trainer (AHRLT) workshop. Licence will run from the last day of the AHRLT workshop.
Attend virtual briefing about 3 weeks prior to the Agile HR Community Licensed Trainer (AHRLT) workshop (and after the AHRCP workshop prerequisite). This briefing introduces the Pre-work Learning Backlog - such as user stories and pre-reading. Also covered, are the expectations and process of achieving Licensed Trainer status.
Work through the Pre-work Learning Backlog. Choose a section of the AHRCP workshop and prepare to facilitate this section of the AHRCP workshop (since this is what you will be running as a licensed trainer). You will partner with a ‘buddy’ to help with this process. Prepare questions you want us to discuss about the AHRCP workshop content during the AHRLT workshop.
Pre-work Checkpoint about 1 week before the AHRLT workshop to check on pre-work progress, answer immediate questions and clarify expectations.
Complete our face to face, 2-day AHRLT workshop, having completed the pre-work.
