The Agile HR Community has been running meetups around the world since 2016. The meetups are a vital learning global network for Human Resources (HR), Learning and Development (L&D), People & Culture professionals and anyone on a mission to innovate HR and transform the profession for the future of work.
The Massive Morning Meetup is a larger, daytime event and an immediate hands-on experience in Agile HR, alongside an in-depth exploration of how to apply the mindset in your everyday work. Come along and help shape the discussion at the Agile HR Community.

Follows the steps outlined below and will be intermingled with examples from real world case studies on what each step looks like back in the workplace:
Introduction to design thinking and discovery work within Agile HR
Learn how to define the problem
Build customer (employee) personas
Map the employee experience journey and discover moments that matter
Ideate to solve the problem
Evaluate ideas and possible solutions using business value
Build a prototype to test with your customer
Showcase your prototype and gather feedback
