It’s time to go Agile, HR!
As a result of our rapidly changing business world and the need to support Agile organisational transformation, the HR profession are currently in catch-up mode. Not only do we need to quickly understand what Agile means in order to guide wider business transformation, but also begin to apply the mindset ourselves to modernise and innovate our own ways of working.
Join us in Zurich to understand what Agile is, explore why organisations across the world are ‘going Agile’ and how HR can apply the mindset and tools to reinvent our people practices.
Riina Hellström - an Agile HR pioneer and co-founder of the Agile HR Community, will facilitate our main discussion and help participants understand what Agile HR is, how to get started and explore our role in Agile organisational transformation and culture change.
Claudia Hofmann - Claudia is a senior consultant and L&D partner at ABB in Switzerland. Claudia’s passion and talent are to unlock the potential of those she works with. Her leadership training sessions are commonly described as ‘invigorating’ and ‘inspiring’. Claudia will share with us a workshop on "Creative Agile Work Methods".
Andreas Lagger - Andreas is an adviser in Corporate Development, Business Agility and Transformation. He has an extensive experience in projects, leadership and management consulting, combining hands-on experience, IT know-how and people and business acumen.
