Culture as Your Product

By mirroring the way their business interacts with their clients, the People Team at Beyond have built a client-first team with a human-centred, Agile approach to #GSD! They’ve also discovered that if you treat your culture like a product, and incrementally develop value that enriches your employee experience, you naturally create and deliver solutions that continually enhance your culture. Driven by values that harness a sense of belonging, the Beyond People team are now award winning and able to reference amazing Glassdoor feedback as validation that this stuff truly works. They’re also keen to share and happily open source their case studies and examples for other organisations and HR teams to learn from.
